The Belgravia Group sales gallery for bKL designed Renelle on the River (403 N. Wabash) officially opened on Thursday, October 27 at 405 N. Wabash. Open daily, the sales gallery features a large-scale model of the condominium.

bKL is excited to announce that GEMS World Academy, Lower School received a 2016 AIA Illinois Honor Award Citation of Merit in the Mies van der Rohe category for overall concept design or detail!

A ceremony and short reception took place at GEMS on Thursday, October 6. Two hundred GEMS students attended the presentation and learned about their school’s design and sustainability efforts.
