Progress Report: 10 East Delaware

In case you were wondering what replaced Chicago’s best Asian fusion restaurant, here it is.

10 East Delaware is designed to be one of the new breed of classy skyscrapers that look like Paris on steroids. See The Fordham and the Elysian for other examples.

One disappointment is already apparent: there will be zero setback from the sidewalk on either side. That means a less walkable neighborhood in an where many of the sidewalks are already unreasonably narrow.
