What’s this wackiness we found outside of Marina City ?  Looks like some kind of CDOT-enforced mandatory breakdance zone.  This isn’t a case of having a screw loose this sign is intentionally in this position as evidenced by the bolts holding it in place. Crain’s Chicago Business reports that the plan to build a condominium tower on Fourth Presbyterian Church‘s Michigan Avenue property is officially dead.
