Status Update: West Loop Wal-Mart
He says that inside the building at the corner of South Jefferson Street and West Monroe Street the floor was already only half concrete, and half rubble. Now in the last couple of days, Wm. A. Randolph construction has hung its shingle inside the glass, and papered over the rest of the windows. A good sign.
