Slice of Life: Layer Upon Layer

We’ve all seen a grandmother’s house with 60 layers of paint forming a waterfall over a window sill, or smoothing out the ridges of a well-used light switch.  But seriously, how many layers of paint are required before the CTA scrapes a canopy down and does a proper paint job?
