A Good Humor ice cream truck on a hot summer day.

This is what we need today.  With temperatures in the 90’s, and swamp-like humidity, a little ice cream would really hit the spot.  This Good Humor man was spotted near Riverside Plaza, but there are plenty of mobile purveyors of frozen treats in Chicago, especially in the city’s Mexican neighborhoods.

You may notice the old-fashioned style of the ice cream truck.  The Good Humor company recently changed its corporate logo to include one of these iconic trucks, replacing the old abstract heart design.
