Construction Update
Hubbard Place

Hubbard Place

The new residential tower going up across the street from the East Bank Club continues to grow, and it has a better name.  360 West Hubbard became the Habitat Tower, and now it’s officially Hubbard Place.  The building is really starting to take off, and you can see its northeast-facing curve, reminiscent of Kingsbury Plaza up the street at 520 North Kingsbury Street.

A huge space at 351 West Hubbard will become the leasing office in March of next year.
