  • The former Prentice Womens’ Hospital goes in front of the Chicago Landmarks Commission again next week.  The commissions previously gave the building preliminary landmark status, but then was like “Sike!” And preservationists were all LOL WUT?! And a judge went all WTF? on the panel and now Northwestern is all rage face Why u no let me tear down!?  This makes sense if you’re under 20, or a Medill graduate. (Crain’s Chicago Business)

  1. That’s why should have just had bikes drive with cars in the normal lanes.

    They’re also a disaster on way streets, i.e. Jackson headed east. What happens when you want to take a right/south turn from Jackson to Halsted, you have to turn in front of 3 car lanes?

    Having less signs, lanes and guides is actually safer

    Drivers will slow down because they have to share the lanes.
