Construction Update
73 East Lake Gets All Buttoned Up

73 East Lake Street

The crane is down, the glass is up, and construction crews are getting things buttoned up on the exterior of 73 East Lake Street before the cold weather sets in.

Loop Spy Daniel sent over an updated photo of the construction effort, and we can see work progressing on the rooftop common areas.  There’s no green roof yet, but at least there’s a flag pole bolted to the elevator penthouse.

Leasing starts in six months.
