Construction Update

The Godfrey Hotel Chicago (127 West Huron Street),is barreling towards completion, with most of its facade in place and the interior build-out long underway.

You may remember that it started life as a Staybridge Suites designed by Valerio Dewalt Train that was stalled in mid-construction by the recession.  It has since been revived by Oxford Capital Group and Cube Capital, and is expected to start receiving guests in February, 2014.
