Construction Update
Digging the Wolf Point Scene

If you’re one of those people whose seen so many attempts at developing Wolf Point over the years that you thought, “I’ll believe it when I see it” this time around— It’s time to believe it.

One of our deep, deep undercover spies sent over this photo of the construction progress for the West Tower at Wolf Point.  That’s the residential one designed by friends-of-the-blog, bKL.

In the center of the photograph you can see something big and square has been built and is currently filled with rebar and porta-potties.  Its size and location suggests that it’s part of the ramp that will take cars down from “Wolf Point Plaza Drive” down into the subterranean parking complex.

Closer to the bottom of the photograph, you can see another hole being built where, based on the construction diagrams we’ve seen, it might be the start of foundation work.  Or we could be completely wrong, because we’re not engineers, just a bunch of lookie-loos with poorly photocopied blueprints.
