Fitzgerald Associates, the architecture firm behind Madison at Racine, sent along a note letting us know that M@R has topped out.

Exterior masonry is progressing along Madison Street, 2nd and 9th floor green roofs are being installed and residential units continue to be built-out.

Co-Developers Ascend Real Estate Group and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation have recently begun a significant marketing effort including a VIP Reveal Party for interested potential residents and neighbors to take a look at detailed floor plans, finishes, renderings, and meet the development and leasing teams.

When completed, Madison at Racine will have 216 residences on eight floors at 1212 West Madison Street.
