Construction Update
Madison at Racine Entering the Final Stretch

Madison at Racine under construxtion

It’s been a little over a year since ground was broken on Madison at Racine, the eight-story residential block going up on Madison at Racine (1212 West Madison Street), and it looks like it’s getting close to done.

West Town Spy Adam sent in a fresh batch of pictures showing the construction progress.  It’s hard to believe this was just a hole in the ground not too long ago.  Now the FitzGerald Associates-designed building is all bricks and balconies and a big barrel of blue glass.  Soon, actual people will start moving into its 216 residences.

Location: 1212 West Madison Street, West Town
