Construction Update
Hubbard Place

Hubbard Place under construction

It’s been a while since we checked in on Hubbard Place (360 West Hubbard Street) in River North, and guess what… it’s pretty much done.

Hubbard Place under constructionPeople have been living in the building since October of last year, but as you can see from these pictures, there are still some finishing touches behind those orange barrels that have to be taken care of before the place won’t sound like a construction zone anymore.

Hubbard Place was developed by The Habitat Company, which has its headquarters just across the street.  The building was actually called The Habitat Tower for a while before it was given its current name.   It was designed by friends-of-the-blog, SCB, and stands 43 stories tall.

Location: 360 West Hubbard Street, River North
