JeffJack Aiming For January Leasing Start

If you’ve been itching to move into a brand new mid-sized apartment building in the West Loop, break out your red Sharpie and circle January on your calendar.  Unless you use an iPhone, because that will ruin the screen.

January is when the leasing office for the JeffJack building (601 West Jackson Boulevard)  will open, according to a note sent over by the developer’s P.R. agency.  We last checked in on JeffJack back in October, and found it was moving along nicely.  You can read the press release about the start of leasing below.

JeffJack Apartments to Bring New Style Living Options to the Loop

Leasing Center Opens in January

 

CHICAGO (Dec. 11, 2014) – The Loop’s highly-anticipated residential development – JeffJack Apartments – will open its leasing center at 601 W. Jackson Blvd. in January. Located at the corner of South Jefferson Street and West Jackson Boulevard, the boutique building is designed to provide the rewarding urban lifestyle Chicagoans crave.

 

JeffJack embraces and expands upon the urban loft concept. It’s a development that’s greened to be sustainable, built for the future, and features refined finishes with an industrial loft feel. The 15-story, 190-unit building includes a range of floor plans, from smart studio spaces to more spacious two-bedroom units, with a thoughtful design that delivers on the vision for a pure urban lifestyle.

 

Starting in January the leasing center – operated by the Lincoln Property Company – will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.  During office hours, visitors can tour the development’s four model units, take virtual tours via iPad of additional floor plans and talk to the building’s professional leasing agents who can help match prospective residents with the perfect home. JeffJack move-ins will begin in April 2015.

 

“We’re excited to officially open the doors to the Jeff Jack leasing center and truly introduce Chicagoans to the unique living experience it will deliver,” said Thomas Roszak, the building’s architect and developer. “We believe JeffJack brings a new, sophisticated living option to Chicagoans who are looking for that urban experience—close to work and everything the city has to offer, but still a place that feels like home.”

JeffJack’s Loop location puts everything residents could want at their doorstep, including easy access to Union and Ogilvy stations and the financial district. JeffJack goes a step further with sought-after in-building and in-unit amenities. The building includes an indoor pool, fitness studio, billiards room, landscaped eco-garden, private dog run, outdoor dining areas, and more. The individual apartments will offer practical conveniences like in-unit laundry, keyless entry, energy efficient/individually controlled heating and air-conditioning as well as private outdoor space for select units.
