People who live in the Goose Island neighborhood are getting New neighbors. That’s because New City, the new development at 1515 North Halsted Street, is now taking new residents. The project features a 19-story residential tower, plus 40,000 square feet of office space, and nine times that much retail space.

First Move-ins, Models Open at The Residences at NewCity in Chicago’s Lincoln Park
CHICAGO (October 19, 2015) – Chicago-based RMK Management Corp. announced it has welcomed the first residents to the 19-story Residences at NewCity, the 199-unit residential portion of the 8.5-acre mixed-use NewCity development along the Clybourn Corridor in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. RMK has also opened three decorated models to tour at the property.
