A new tower getting its first windows is always a big deal for us skyscraper nerds. But the friends-of-the-blog Goettsch Partners-designed 150 North Riverside office building has become a favorite child of sorts, what with all that steel at all those angles. It’s like your baby just got her first tooth, learned to walk *and* learned to talk, all on the same day. And like any proud parent, or Chicago resident, we’re going to share way more photos of her than is socially acceptable. Why? Because she’s the prettiest. Obviously.
Let’s also share a reminder of what 150 North Riverside will be when all grown up:
- 54 stories
- 1.2 million rentable square feet
- 1.5 acres of park/plaza
- LEED Gold
- Green roof
- On-site executive an valet parking
- The Designer: Goettsch Partners
- The Developer: Riverside Investment & Development Company
- General Contractor: Clark Construction
Location: 150 North Riverside Plaza, West Loop
