The Chicago skyline, as viewed from the NewCity parking deck. Even if you have to pay for a space, it’ll be worth it.
We’re oversimplifying things. There’s much more to do at the NewCity development along Lincoln Park’s Clybourn corridor besides shop. Especially considering the 199 luxury rental units available in the 19-story residential tower means you can live there, too. In fact, you may never have to leave, what with having your own grocery store and a half dozen restaurants to choose from. Heck, you can even go bowling without so much as leaving the yard.
But if we can make a suggestion, here’s the one thing that shouldn’t be missed: The parking garage. Not for the convenience. Not for the 1,000+ parking spaces. Not even for the validation available at select locations. In fact, we’re not even saying you need your car to make the parking garage a worthwhile visit. Just trust us. Jump in an elevator, ride it to the seventh floor, and check out the Chicago skyline. It’s one of the best views on the north side.
