Belgravia Group has announced that it is eyeing spring of 2017 to begin construction of its newest residential tower, Renelle on the River, at 403 North Wabash Avenue. With that in mind, it recently started selling condominiums to the public.
Prices in the 18-story bKL-designed building range from $1.5 million to $3.2 million. That kind of cash gets you a three-bedroom condo of around 2,200 square feet on the low end to four bedrooms and 3,400 square feet on the high end.
The building isn’t expected to open until 3Q2018, but not surprisingly for a tower with its primo location, the place is already 20% sold.

Belgravia Group Launches Sales at Renelle on the River
45-unit luxury condominium building 20 percent sold six months before groundbreaking
CHICAGO (OCTOBER 26, 2015) — Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. has announced the start of sales at its newest luxury condominium development, Renelle on the River.
