900 West Washington Tops Out

The weather wasn’t perfect, but what’s a little fog among friends?  Key players in the 900 West Washington project gathered at the top of the building late last week to mark the mid-rise’s topping out.

900 West Washington is being built by Power Construction for Taris Real Estate at the corner of Washington and Peoria in West Town.  It features 22 new condominiums, including a pair of two-story penthouses, and was designed by Northworks Architects and Planners in Goose Island.

Groundbreaking was this past August, and the project is on track for completion this autumn.
