The latest residential block on the Milwaukee Avenue Corridor has topped off. 740 North Aberdeen was designed by FitzGerald Associates for Fifield and is expected to be open by this time next year.

When complete, the building will be 11 stories tall with 188 apartments over 2,400 square feet of retail space and 80 parking spaces. McHugh Construction is doing the heavy lifting. Morgante Wilson Architects is feathering these nests.
Fifield founder and CEO Steve Fifield isn’t lying when he says, “Demand for upscale apartments and amenities in this area of the city continues to rise, as Chicagoans seek residences in quieter, less dense neighborhoods that offer the same features and services as downtown rental towers.”
If you’re pretty happy where you are, 740 might still have something for you. This project includes a public pocket park with a dog-friendly area.
