New Loop Residential Tower Starts Selling Condos

If you invested your mad money in Lysol and Charmin futures a few months ago, and now you have a couple of million extra dollars to spare, this could be your chance to live in The Loop.  Moceri + Roszak is about to begin selling condominiums in the new residential tower it’s building at 60 East Randolph Street.

When complete, the 26-story Parkline Chicago will land 24 new condos, 190 new apartments, and 6,400 square feet of retail space on the northeast corner of Randolph and Wabash.  Just a lemur’s leap from the L, a rooster’s run from the river, and a moose’s moo away from Millennium Park, this is one of the most convenient new locations we’ve seen in a while in Chicago.

Prices start at $1.5 million, square feet start at 2,136, and bedrooms start at three.  The building is expected to be completed next year.

Sales start next Wednesday, March 18th, so if you see a line of newly minted cleaning products moguls lined up at the 160 North Wabash sales center, you’ll know why.
