320 West Erie is zoned DX-5, which means a 130-foot-tall residential building, or a 150-foot-tall commercial building could be planted there without having to do too much genuflecting in City Hall. We’ll keep an eye on this. And if you see anything curious happening around town, be sure to let us know.
