People wondering how tall the new condominium building at 1400 West Monroe Street will get no longer have to wonder. As they say in Minnesota, “That’s all the further she goes.”
1400 Monroe topped off (out/off, whatever) recently. The building, designed by Booth Hansen, is expected to be fully complete by the time the leaves on the trees across the street in Skinner Park start turning interesting colors.
The building from JK Equities will bring 42 new homes to the neighborhood, and is already 60% sold.
If you’re still interested, the remaining 40% includes the last of the four-bedroom penthouses. It’s priced at $2,495,000 — the same price as ten trips into space on Virgin Galactic.
