Tis the season for pedestrian bridges. The city is in the middle of a project to build several along the lakefront and Lake Shore Drive, the Cubs want to put one up in Wrigleyville, and hardly a year passes that one Northwestern or the other (university or hospital) doesn’t put one in Streeterville.
